Karachi, Parveen Kassim, International Schools Educational Olympiad Chairperson and Karachi High School Principal, has won the global educators award at the 7th annual United Nations Conference on Teaching Peace and Human Rights in a Multicultural World.
Teachers, administrators, future leaders and non-governmental organizations gathered in two days conference from all over the world to recognize leadership in education. It helped to focus on the role of educationists from Karachi, Chennai, Burnaby, Mexico City, Manila and the United States of America. The conference run by global education motivators, teachers and educators served to highlight the role of educationalists from Karachi; Chennai, India; Burnaby, Canada; Mexico City, Mexico; Manila, Philippines; and the United States of America. They also highlighted inspiring steps taken by educationist toward promoting teaching harmony within the classrooms.
Kassim was nominated form last two decades for the contribution to abolish distances and gathering students from Pakistan and all over the world. The award motivates her to support innovation in education in Pakistan. Kassim was also greeted for Karachi High School’s active partnership with the British Council’s Connecting Classroom.
